Reservation & Payment Procedure
Procedure
Step 1 – Final Amount
Once Bannaba receives your reservation request and confirms availability, our team will provide the final amount to be paid.
Step 2 – Choose Method
Select your preferred payment option below.
Step 3 – Send Proof
Please upload your proof of payment using the Upload Proof button below. Make sure to include your reservation number and guest name. Screenshots of both the payment receipt and the reservation request are accepted. If you prefer, you may also email your proof directly to welcome@bannabastay.com.
Step 4 – Confirmation
As soon as funds are verified, your stay will be officially confirmed.

For guests with Panamanian bank accounts:

- Payment will appear as made to Kathryel Alfaro (Bannaba’s Yappy account holder) / El pago aparecerá a nombre de Kathryel Alfaro (titular de la cuenta Yappy de Bannaba).
PayPal
Use the PayPal button to pay through Bannaba PayPal. When prompted, enter the correct amount and add your reservation number in the payment note.
After you complete the payment, please come back to this page and upload the payment confirmation so we can verify and finalize your booking.
- You have 24 hours to complete your payment and share the proof of transaction with your reservation details. Once verified by our team, your stay will be officially confirmed.
- Expect confirmation within 24 hours after payment validation. Cancellation policies remain in effect.
